Dashboard Overview
The Payment Monitor Dashboard provides a comprehensive view of your store’s payment health.

The main PaySentinel Dashboard interface.
Navigation & Alerts
At the top of the dashboard, you may see system alerts such as "Action Scheduler" warnings. These are critical background-process notifications that ensure health calculations are being performed on time.
Important: If you see a warning about "past-due actions", it usually means the WordPress Cron system is not firing correctly, which can lead to outdated health metrics.
Payment Gateway Overview
This section displays real-time health metrics for your top payment methods. Each card represents a single gateway (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Direct Bank Transfer).
Key Metrics Explained:
- 📈Success Rate
The percentage of payment attempts that resulted in a "Success" status within the last 24 hours. "N/A" indicates no transactions have been processed yet.
- 🔄Total Transactions
The total count of all payment attempts recorded for this gateway in the current period.
- ⚡Avg Response Time
The average time (in milliseconds) it takes for the payment gateway API to respond to your server. Fast response times (< 500ms) are critical for checkout conversion.
Recent Transactions Table
Located at the bottom of the dashboard, this table shows the most recent payment attempts across all gateways.
- ID:The internal PaySentinel transaction ID.
- Gateway:The payment method used for the attempt.
- Status:SuccessFailed
- Amount:The total value of the transaction.
- Time:The exact date/time logged.
