Get notified the second your checkout goes down.

Alert Thresholds

You can configure when PaySentinel should trigger a critical alert. By default, an alert is sent if the success rate of any gateway drops below 95% over the last hour. This ensures you only get notified when there is a statistically significant issue.

Alerts are sent to your administrator email address. You can customize the recipients in the Settings tab.

Connect your Slack workspace to receive real-time failure alerts in a specific channel. Perfect for developer teams.

Premium

Receive text messages for critical outages. Requires a Pro or Agency license.

Slack Setup

    Go to the Integration tab in PaySentinel settings.

    Click Connect to Slack.

    Authorize the PaySentinel app and select your destination channel.

    Send a Test Alert to verify the connection.
